On tuesday, 7 November 2023, Dr. Meltem Akoyak-Yildiz from the Amrita University of India visited the Chair of Education and Educational Psychology at LMU with several members of the COSIMA research group in attendance. In her talk Dr. Akoyak-Yildiz outlined the various cultural influences on educational research that are specific to India and offer unique challenges quite unlike anything research in Europe has to contend with. Furthermore, she engaged in discussions on conditions for educational research on teaching and learning that are specific to India.
